How quick are orders processed?
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. That being said, we enjoy a good stat holiday as much as the next person, so we don’t count those as business days.
How much will it cost to ship?
Totally depends on the weight, dimensions, and destination of each package—trust us, it’s a headache. So, to make things easier for you, we are currently offering flat rate shipping for $10 within Canada and $15 within the Continental US. We also offer free shipping to both Canada and the U.S. on orders over $75.
Where are orders shipped from?
All our products are made in, and ship from, beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Shipping within Canada.
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post’s Regular Parcel service (approximately 6 business days) with delivery confirmation.
Shipping to the Continental USA.
Your order will be shipped via FedEx International ground service with tracking (approximately 4 business days). The biggest factor in transit time will be if your package gets held at customs, while we always include detailed product information to assist in a speedy delivery, sometimes things are just out of our hands! (Any applicable duties and taxes are your responsibility)

Is there something wrong with your order?
We do our best but sometimes things just happen. (insert Mercury retrograde joke here)
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail as possible about what’s going on. If your order arrived damaged, don’t forget to include some photos showing the damage so that we’ve got something to pass on to our courier!
